When winter weather closes schools, Made By Me opens its doors for an unforgettable Snow Day Art Camp! From 8am to 5:30pm, we provide the perfect solution for busy families—offering a full day where kids learn new art skills, explore endless creative projects and enjoy a relaxed, fun day together. Located in downtown Truckee's premier art studio, your children will spend the day immersed in hands-on creativity under the guidance of founder Suzette Birnbaum, who brings her passion for education and art from Santa Clara University. This isn't just childcare—it's an enriching artistic adventure designed to inspire young minds. Throughout the day, kids will dive into various art mediums and techniques, creating unique masterpieces while developing new skills in a supportive, community-focused environment. We've planned endless creative projects to keep imaginations flowing, ensuring every moment is filled with artistic discovery and self-expression. The day includes a shared lunch where young artists connect and socialize, followed by cozy downtime to recharge. Every activity balances creative exploration with relaxation, creating the perfect rhythm for a full day of fun. Parents can feel confident knowing their children are in a safe, nurturing space that values healing, creativity, and community.
